The user's consent also concerns his browsing data and any other data he may subsequently provide to SARL C18.

The user must read this Privacy Policy carefully in order to decide freely and voluntarily whether he/she wishes to provide his/her personal data to SARL C18.

3. USER DATA PROCESSING

Personal data provided on the website, by telephone, E-mail and at the reception of Chalets de la Serraz will be processed by SARL C18 for the following purposes:

1 The data provided to make reservations, both through the website, by telephone, e-mail and also at the Chalets de la Serraz reception for individual reservations, group reservations, chalet rentals, room reservations, reservations at our restaurant, and ancillary services such as the Spa:

- Manage reservation requests made by users.

- Send confirmation or documentation on reservations made.

- Manage and respond to user requests.

- Manage promotions and commercial offers.

- If consent has been given, send personalized commercial communications on behalf of SARL C18.

2 Data provided to change or cancel reservations :

- To manage requests for modifications and cancellations of reservations sent to SARL C18 by the user.

- Respond to requests addressed to SARL C18.

3 Data provided on related communication media :

- Manage subscription and unsubscription to SARL C18 newsletter.

4.data provided on contact forms and company website :

- To manage contact and information requests sent by the user via the channels provided for this purpose on SARL C18's sites.

- Manage incoming requests.

- Analyze website usage, preferences and user behavior. Statistical reports may be generated accordingly. These statistical reports will not be resold or communicated to third parties and will be used internally only.

4. RESERVATIONS AND CUSTOMER CARE - USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The justification for processing your personal data will be the performance of the contract between the parties.

1. to manage user bookings: the consent requested and, upon verification, the user's compliance with the general terms and conditions.  

2 For modifications or cancellations of your reservation: the execution of the contract between the parties.

3. to send the newsletter: consent given by the user.

User data is not sold to third parties, but is used internally only for customer follow-up, whether for the hotel, individual chalet rentals, the restaurant or the Chalets de la Serraz ancillary services, including the Spa.

Your data will be stored for the following periods:  

1 The data provided to make reservations, both via the website, by telephone, e-mail, at reception for individual reservations, group reservations, individual chalet rentals, room rentals, at the restaurant and ancillary services such as the Spa will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship, and after the end of it, for the limitation period of any legal actions that may arise from it.

2 The data provided to register as a user with SARL C18 will be stored for as long as the user does not withdraw the consent given. However, if you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of the prior processing.  

3 Data provided to modify or cancel reservations will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship, and after the end of it, for the limitation period of any legal actions that may arise from it.

4 Data provided for the purpose of sending the Newsletter will be stored until the user withdraws his consent.  

5 Data supplied via the website's contact forms will be stored for the period required to process and respond to your request and, once the request has been completed, for the limitation period for any legal actions arising from the request.

7.USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user :

- guarantees that he/she is over 18 years of age. He/she guarantees that the data he/she provides to SARL C18 is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. The user is responsible for the accuracy of all data provided and must keep the information provided correctly up to date to reflect his/her actual situation.

- He/she warrants that he/she has informed any third parties whose data he/she has provided of the points made in this document. In addition, he/she guarantees that he/she has obtained their authorization to provide their data to SARL C18 for the purposes indicated.
